Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1/2 cups maida


  • 1 cups sugar powder


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tbsp tutty fruity


  • 20 piece chocolate waffy roles


  • 20 piece strawberry waffy role


  • 2 piece cherry for garnish


  • 2 tbsp coloured vermicelly


  • 1 tbsp chocolate vermicelly


  • 2 cups whipped cream


  • 2 drop pink food colour


  • 1 drop green food colour

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add curd,sugar powder,oil and mix well till sugar melt
  • Now add semolina,maida,half milk and mix well rest it for 15 min.
  • Now add rest of milk,baking soda,baking powder and make lumpy mixture
  • Pore the batter in greasing and dusting bowl
  • Preheat oven for 10 min.
  • Sprinkle tutifruity on batter
  • Bake the cake on 180 for 20 to 25 MIN.
  • Let it cool
  • Then unmould the cake
  • Apply whipped cream all over cake
  • Arrange alternate waffy role on cake sides
  • Sprinkle vermicelly on it
  • Mix green colour in whipped cream and pore it in piping bag
  • Mix pink color in whipped cream and pore it in piping bag
  • Make flower from pink whipped cream and put it on cake,make leaves from green whipped cream,put cherry in between rose
  • Chilld for hour
  • Serve it
